Serving our community since 1866, St. Johnland is proud to have moved forward with some very exciting projects to help benefit the many Long Islanders we serve, including establishing a Licensed Home Health Care Service Agency and an Medicaid-funded Assisted Living Facility. These additional services will allow us to continue our mission to create a caring and supportive environment committed to the highest standards of quality healthcare. We seek to uphold the principles of human dignity and worth, and affirm the right of every individual to maintain the optimum quality of life.

We continue to use your contributions to provide therapeutic recreation programs, additional staff training, upgrades on medical equipment and brick and mortar improvements that lift the spirits of residents and families while providing a holistic approach for optimum quality of life.
